# Meet Aleetra Rice

For Aleetra Rice, financial leadership has always been about more than numbers. It is about stewardship—understanding what has been entrusted to you, managing it with integrity, and creating a strong financial foundation that allows people, businesses, and organizations to fulfill their purpose and make a greater impact.

Aleetra brings nearly three decades of progressive financial management and executive leadership experience to ARS Financial Services, LLC. Throughout her career, she has led complex financial operations across healthcare, nonprofit, community-based, and government-funded environments, with responsibility spanning strategic planning, multimillion-dollar budgets, accounting operations, cash flow, payroll, grants, audits, regulatory compliance, forecasting, financial reporting, and executive decision support. Her experience has taken her from hands-on financial management to Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer leadership—giving her a unique understanding of both the day-to-day details and the larger financial strategy required to move an organization forward.

She founded ARS Financial Services to bring that depth of experience to organizations that need more than someone to manage the books. ARS partners with clients to bring clarity to their finances, strengthen financial operations, create sustainable systems, and provide the strategic guidance leaders need to make confident decisions about what comes next.

Her approach is grounded in **faithful stewardship and financial excellence**—leading with integrity, serving people well, and recognizing that strong financial management can create opportunities far beyond the balance sheet. Those principles are reflected in the values at the heart of ARS: **People. Purpose. Progress. Greater Impact.**

With dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Business Administration from Tuskegee University and decades of real-world financial leadership behind her, Aleetra brings both the knowledge and the experience to meet organizations where they are and help strengthen where they are going.
